The Greater Cleveland Aquarium hosts an array of events on-site throughout the year. In our first year after opening, we have successfully introduced our Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day Beach Blanket Breakfast, World Oceans Day, Red White and Brew, Shark Weekend, Talk Like a Pirate Day, Hauntaquarium and Winter Waterland events. These events have you in mind, as they were designed and developed to not only entertain but also to educate. For instance, learn about aquatic mothers and how they care for their offspring on Mother’s Day, and shark conservation and awareness over Shark Weekend.
We also offer a special Toddler Time event for the youngsters the first Monday of every month. Every month for Toddler Time, kids and parents are invited to a themed morning in the Aquarium where they will participate in craft making and story time, while also enjoying our many exhibits during the morning hour when we are normally closed to the general public.
